After qualifying as a Montessori teacher, Lucy taught in a Montessori Prep school in West London before joining Eaton House School, Belgravia as a form teacher. During her seventeen years of Headship, she led the school through several successful inspections, built up one of the most well resourced and effective SEN Departments in London within a broad yet highly academic environment, and placed hundreds of pupils at leading London and boarding prep schools. Having left Eaton House after 25 years, she now helps place children in UK schools, advises on entrance exams, 7+, 8+ and pre test interviews, staff recruitment and offers senior management support.
